This Refund & Cancellation Policy is provided by Life AI Technologies, LLC ("Roger," "we," "our," or "us"), the company behind Chat Roger (chatroger.com).
We want every Roger user to have a great experience. If something isn't right, we'd rather fix it ourselves than have our users struggle with their bank. Please read this policy so you know what to expect.
1. Contact Us First
If you have any questions about a charge, or if you'd like a refund, please contact us before reaching out to your bank or payment provider.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 3 business days.
In most cases, we can resolve billing issues faster than your bank can, often within 24 hours.
Please note that when a dispute is filed directly with your bank, we are required to temporarily pause account activity while we review the transaction in question. Contacting us first lets us resolve things without any interruption to your account.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. No questions asked.
How to cancel:
- Go to your Account page
- Open the Payment & Billing section
- Click Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription
What happens when you cancel:
- Your premium access remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
- Any unused credits in your balance will remain available after cancellation and do not expire
You can resubscribe at any time to regain premium access.
3. Subscription Refunds
You have 24 hours after your subscription payment to request a refund. No refunds will be issued if your request is made more than 24 hours after you have paid for our services.
Regardless of the time elapsed before you request a refund, it will be denied if you have used more than 100 credits.
We cannot issue refunds in cases where the issue was caused by a technical problem on the user's side.
We can only refund subscriptions that were purchased via card.
4. Credit Pack Refunds
Credits are one-time purchases that add to your account balance.
You have 24 hours after your credit pack purchase to request a refund. No refunds will be issued if your request is made more than 24 hours after you have paid for our services.
Regardless of the time elapsed before you request a refund, it will be denied if you have used any of your purchased credits. Once credits are used to generate content (image generation, video, voice, or other features), the underlying compute costs have been incurred and cannot be reversed.
For purchases made in error, there is no guarantee of a refund where the error did not occur on our end.
We can only refund credit packs that were purchased via card.
5. No Refund for Content Removed or Moderation Actions
You will not be refunded or reimbursed for any previously paid-for content that was moderated or removed for violating our policies. You will not be refunded for restrictions on your use of the services as a result of moderation actions taken in response to violations of our policies.
6. No Refund for Changes in Platform Content or Functionality
We may modify or remove features or content at any time at our sole discretion. You will not be refunded or reimbursed for previous payments related to any such changes that do not affect the core platform or services within the meaning of applicable law.
7. Billing & Charges
Billing descriptor
Charges from Roger will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Life AI Technologies. If you don't recognize a charge, please check your email for a receipt from Roger before contacting your bank.
Transaction receipts
We send an email receipt for every transaction, including subscription payments, renewals, and credit pack purchases. These emails include the amount charged, what was purchased, and a link to manage your account.
Renewal reminders
We send a reminder email before your subscription renews. This email includes the renewal amount and a link to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Cryptocurrency payment options may be available in the future. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
8. Account Termination by Roger
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, you are not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees or unused credits.
If we terminate your account for any other reason (for example, discontinuation of services), you will receive a prorated refund of any prepaid subscription fees for the unused portion of your billing period.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@chatroger.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve issues faster and more favorably, often within 24 hours.
When a chargeback is filed, our payment partners may require us to temporarily restrict account access while the dispute is reviewed. We may also provide transaction records and account activity to verify the legitimacy of the charge.

10. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Fraudulent charges
If your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@chatroger.com. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed fraudulent transactions.
Technical issues
If a technical issue on our end prevented you from using features you paid for, contact us and we will either resolve the issue, extend your billing period, or issue a refund at our discretion.
Duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
11. How to Request a Refund
