Introduction

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) establish Life AI Technologies, LLC's (“We,” or “us”) expectations and requirements for users of our Services. Violating our policies could result in action against your account, up to suspension or termination. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Guidelines have the meanings given to those terms in our Terms of Use.

Adult-Only Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services - no exceptions. You must truthfully answer any age verification procedures.

Prohibited Content

Certain categories of content are strictly forbidden when using the Site and Services. The following categories of content is considered 'Prohibited Content' for purpose of these Guidelines and our Terms of Use.

• Illegal Content - Content that violates local, national, or international laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, content associated with illegal drugs, weapons, violence, or activities that advocate or endorse illegal actions.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination - Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on various factors, including race, ethnicity, nationality religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.
• Violence and Harm - Content that encourages, glorifies, or promotes violence, self- harm, or harm to others is prohibited. This includes content that endorses suicide, terrorism, or any form of harm.
• Exploitation of Minors - Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits or endangers minors, including any form of harm or harassment towards minors, is prohibited.
• Content Resembling Minors - It is prohibited to generate AI content resembling minors. Attempts to generate AI content resembling minors will be flagged, reviewed, and removed according to our moderation controls.
• Infringement on Privacy and Copyright - Any content that infringes upon the privacy, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of individuals or entities is not permitted. This includes sharing personal information without consent, pirated content, or any unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
• Impersonation of individuals - Deceptive or harmful impersonation of real individuals, public figures, or celebrities is prohibited. This encompasses any misleading attempts to impersonate or misrepresent others.

Digital Safety

You should be careful not to share personal or confidential information like addresses, social security numbers, account credentials, or financial details in any inputs to the Site or Services.

Content Reporting and Moderation

Attempting to create CSAM is prohibited by law and our Terms of Use and Guidelines. We report known CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and any other local authorities as appropriate.

Conversations, requests or outputs flagged by our safety controls may be reviewed by our team and we may take appropriate action in response up to and including account termination and banning. We may also monitor communications as part of quality assurance and refinement of our Services.

Reporting Content

If you encounter content on the Services that you believe is illegal, violates these Guidelines or our Terms of Use, or is otherwise harmful, you can report it by using the report function within the app or by emailing support@chatroger.com with a description of the content and the reason for your report. We acknowledge all reports within two (2) business days. Illegal content, including content depicting minors, non-consensual activity, or content facilitating trafficking or abuse, is removed immediately and in no event later than twenty-four (24) hours. All other reports are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.

Content Removal for Depicted Persons

Any person who believes their image or likeness has been used without authorization in content on the Services may request removal by emailing support@chatroger.com with: (1) their name and contact information; (2) a description of the content and why they believe it depicts them; (3) their consent status (never given, withdrawn, or void under applicable law); and (4) a copy of a government-issued photo ID for verification (used solely for this purpose and not retained). If consent cannot be established, or if the person demonstrates that consent is void under applicable law, we will remove the content within seven (7) business days. Individuals who have previously consented to their likeness being used for a Roger AI character may withdraw that consent at any time, and we will cease generating new content based on their likeness and remove existing content within seven (7) business days.

Copyright Notices

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to dmca@chatroger.com containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. We will review valid notices and take appropriate action within seven (7) business days.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Site, Services, or your experience as a user, please refer to our Complaints Policy. All complaints are resolved within five (5) business days.

Appeals

If you disagree with the outcome of a report or removal decision, you may appeal by emailing support@chatroger.com with the original report details and the reason you believe the outcome was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of our team and responded to within five (5) business days.

Your Responsibilities as a User

As a user of the Site and Services, you are solely responsible for any Output generated by the Services through your Input, including any text messages, voice messages, images, and videos. You agree and understand that we do not control or endorse the content generated by the Services. You must ensure that your interaction with the Services complies with applicable laws, the Terms of Use and these Guidelines.

You are fully responsible for any Input provided within the Services and any Output you receive based on your input. Input and Output are collectively referred to as “Content”. Content includes, without limitation requests of and exchanges with the Services.

Always communicate respectfully when you use the Services or when you contact us. Your Content must not be insulting, threatening or hateful towards any identifiable natural person, or in any way contravene these Guidelines. You are responsible for any and all harm that may be caused by your Content.

Your Conduct

You are responsible for the actions taken with your account, whether such action is known or unknown by you, whether or not you have authorized such actions. You must not use our Services to:

• Breach any local, national or international law or regulation
• Harm or attempt to harm any individuals, including specifically minors
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
• Breach or circumvent security protocols or authentication systems
• Access or tamper with areas of the Services without authorization
• Send viruses, flooding, spamming, or harmful programs
• Access or create accounts using methods other than publicly supported interfaces
• Send unsolicited communications, advertisements, or spam
• Provide inaccurate media or account information, including misleading Content
• Bypass storage limits
• Advocate, promote or assist in any unlawful or criminal acts
• Create, attempt to create, publish, or share images resembling real persons
• Share content involving the exploitation of minors or illegal pornography
• Share content advocating extreme violence or terrorism
• Attempt to circumvent moderation controls or “jailbreak” the Services
• Encourage hatred or violence based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Infringe any intellectual property rights
• Infringe on the privacy or rights of others
• Frame, embed, or create mirrors of any Content from our site without prior written consent
• Threaten or abuse another person or behave in a way likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person

Depending on your jurisdiction, applicable law may require you to label any AI-generated content (including Content - as defined in these Guidelines). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you comply with such requirements.

Enforcement of these Guidelines

If we determine at our discretion that you may have breached, or are likely to breach these Guidelines in whole or in part, then we may, without limitation, take such action as we deem necessary, including: (i) suspending, removing or restricting your access to the Services; (ii) commencing enforcement actions against you; (iii) terminating your account; and (iv) reporting any breaches or any of your activities to relevant government authorities at our discretion or as required by law.
