Introduction
Life AI Technologies, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to maintaining a safe and lawful environment on ChatRoger.com. This Content Removal Policy describes the types of content eligible for removal, how to submit a removal request, and how we process such requests. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms of Use.
Content Eligible for Removal
We will review and take action on requests to remove content that:
- Violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits or endangers minors in any way
- Depicts or resembles a minor in a sexual or exploitative context
- Depicts a real person without their consent or after consent has been withdrawn
- Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Contains personal or private information published without consent (doxxing)
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics
- Encourages, glorifies, or promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism
- Otherwise violates our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
How to Submit a Content Removal Request
You may submit a content removal request by:
- Email: Send your request to support@chatroger.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request"
- In-App Reporting: Use the report function available within the Services
Your removal request should include:
- Your name and the email address associated with your account (if applicable)
- A description of the content you want removed, with sufficient detail for us to identify and locate it
- The reason the content should be removed (e.g., the specific policy violation, legal basis, or right being infringed)
- Any supporting documentation, such as screenshots, URLs, or legal notices
- For requests involving depiction of a real person: a copy of a government-issued photo ID for verification purposes (used solely for verification and not retained beyond the resolution of your request)
Processing Timelines
We process content removal requests according to the following timelines:
- Illegal content, including CSAM, non-consensual imagery, and content facilitating trafficking or abuse: removed immediately and in no event later than twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the report
- Copyright and intellectual property claims: reviewed and actioned within five (5) business days
- Depicted persons requesting removal of their likeness: reviewed and actioned within seven (7) business days
- All other removal requests: reviewed and actioned within five (5) business days
We will notify you of the outcome of your request within the applicable timeline.
Removal of Content Depicting Real Persons
Any person who believes their image or likeness has been used without authorization in content on the Services may request removal. If consent cannot be established, or if the person demonstrates that consent is void under applicable law, we will remove the content within five (5) business days. If we disagree that consent is void, the matter will be submitted to a neutral arbitrator for resolution at our expense.
Individuals who have previously consented to their likeness being used for a Roger AI character may withdraw that consent at any time. Upon receiving notice of withdrawal, we will cease generating new content based on their likeness and remove existing content within five (5) business days.
Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notices)
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to dmca@chatroger.com containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
We will review valid notices and take appropriate action within five (5) business days.
Appeals
If you disagree with a content removal decision, you may appeal by emailing support@chatroger.com with the subject line "Content Removal Appeal" and including the details of the original request and the reason you believe the decision was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of our team and responded to within five (5) business days.
Reporting to Authorities
We report all known CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to applicable law enforcement authorities as required by law. We may also report other illegal content to relevant authorities at our discretion or as required by applicable law.
Relationship to Other Policies
This Content Removal Policy operates alongside our Community Guidelines, Complaints Policy, and Terms of Use. General complaints about the Services that do not involve specific content removal should be directed through our Complaints Policy.
